Finance Business Partner

• Support compensation planning activities, including annual salary reviews, incentive compensation programs, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and labor cost models
• Analyze compensation, benefits, and workforce-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for compensation metrics, workforce costs, organizational trends, and people indicators
• Support the development, administration, and evaluation of short-term and long-term incentive plans
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level analyses related to compensation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
• Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for strategic business decisions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and reporting enhancements
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation-related policies, practices, and regulations
• Perform related duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, workforce planning, FP&A, HR analytics, or a related analytical function
• Experience supporting compensation programs, labor cost planning, incentive compensation, or workforce analytics preferred
• Mortgage, financial services, banking, or related industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Familiarity with BI tools and financial systems
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals
• Experience utilizing HRIS, compensation, and reporting tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ownership, accountability, and sound judgment
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Flexibility to work occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours
• Ability to work on-site at the assigned office location
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in English
• Smartphone meeting Company security standards and ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator; employment is contingent on this requirement
