Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly/base +
uncapped commission
First-Year Earnings Expectation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Salary + Commission)

Worldwide Medical Staffing is a Native-Veteran-owned temporary staffing agency with prime federal contracts placing Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs and Allied Health professionals in Indian Health Service (IHS) and VA hospitals across the country. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and career-focused Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team in Mesa, AZ. • Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals using our ATS, job boards, and internal leads.

• Conduct proactive outreach to build and maintain a powerful talent pipeline.

• Use email and SMS campaigns to spark candidate interest and drive conversions.

• Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment cycle—from first contact to placement.

• Exceed recruiting and sales goals while contributing to a winning, high-energy team environment.

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Base salary +
  uncapped commission
