Job Responsibilities:

Job Duties:

  • Conduct employee investigations involving policy violations, workplace concerns, and employee complaints.
  • Partner with leaders to address employee relations issues and performance concerns.
  • Administer corrective action processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate 45-day, 80-day, and annual performance review processes for hourly employees.
  • Provide guidance to leaders regarding company policies and employment practices.
  • Support conflict resolution and workplace issue management.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, new hire packets, and job descriptions.
  • Manage employee onboarding activities within Workday.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations within HR systems.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
  • Support employee transitions throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processing.
  • Monitor background check and drug screen completion requirements.
  • Maintain immigration compliance including Visa, EAD, and work authorization tracking.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Track and administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, STD, and other protected leaves.
  • Coordinate employee leave communications and documentation.
  • Support employees and managers throughout leave processes.
  • Monitor leave compliance and return-to-work activities.
  • Partner with third-party administrators as required.
  • Maintain data accuracy within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Audit employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and HR metrics as requested.
  • Support HR process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Assist with workforce analytics and compliance reporting.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and managing employee relations matters.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
