- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities for skilled trades and craft positions across multiple locations and projects
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through networking, referrals, outreach campaigns, job fairs, industry partnerships, and other talent attraction methods
- Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements and organizational values
- Manage requisitions, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, operational leaders, educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and industry associations
- Maintain recruiting documentation, candidate records, and hiring activity data in applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide recruiting updates, market information, and candidate pipeline insights
- Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and employment branding activities
- High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, construction staffing, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or a related workforce population required
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, Boolean search techniques, and recruiting technologies required
- Experience supporting hiring events, workforce development programs, educational partnerships, or community recruiting initiatives preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or a related certification preferred
Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades and construction staffing, utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and support workforce development initiatives.
