This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, office operations, and employee experience. You’ll partner closely with leadership to attract exceptional people, keep the office running smoothly, and strengthen the culture that makes Keepers special. Success looks like consistent hiring of high-quality candidates, seamless day-to-day operations, engaged employees who feel recognized and supported, and clear processes that scale with the company.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive the full hiring process
- Source talent through networking, Linked In, industry events, and AI-powered recruiting tools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, visitors, deliveries, vendors, and building-related communications
- Maintain office supplies, breakroom inventory, workplace readiness, and coordinate company lunches, meetings, and employee events
- Manage company mobile devices, software access, account setup, storage, and basic troubleshooting; coordinate with IT on technical issues and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain corporate records and organizational documentation; manage the company fleet of vehicles including maintenance and repairs
- Lead employee recognition programs (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, holidays) and plan team-building activities, volunteer initiatives, and company events
- Manage new-hire paperwork, E-Verify, employment verification, and employee records in ADP and other HR systems
- Support managers with performance improvement plans, address employee concerns, and help develop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Monitor HR metrics and continuously improve systems, processes, and employee programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, people operations, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for continuous improvement, developing people, and building positive workplace culture.
Salary $60,000 to start based on experience + benefits
