Senior Corporate Recruiter

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Lead full cycle recruitment activities for professional, specialized, and leadership level positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and address current and future staffing needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management efforts.
• Analyze recruiting performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support candidate experience initiatives, onboarding coordination, and talent acquisition projects that strengthen recruitment outcomes.

• A Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of corporate, agency, or full cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrate success recruiting for complex, specialized, or leadership level positions.
• Possess experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and workforce planning practices.

• Apply strong consultative, relationship building, and negotiation skills when partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of an organization.
• Utilize recruiting analytics, market data, and performance metrics to support informed hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Bring experience within financial services, technology recruiting, talent analytics, workforce planning, or leadership development initiatives considered beneficial.
