XNRGY is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture to join its team!

An overview of your responsibilities:

We’re seeking a visionary technology leader to define our enterprise architecture strategy and lead our portfolio of enterprise applications. As the Director of Enterprise Architecture, you’ll shape our technology roadmap, optimize our application landscape, and ensure our systems are scaled with the business.

• Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of ERP, PLM, MES, CRM, HCM, BI, and industry-specific systems.
• Develop and execute the enterprise architecture vision aligned to business goals.
• Oversee integration strategy, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and data consistency.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and portfolio optimization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology delivery.

What you'll need, among other things!

• 10+ years in IT leadership, including enterprise architecture and application management.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise systems and integrations.
• Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and integration platforms (iPaaS, APIs, middleware).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
