We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry.

As part of this expansion in the US, the Senior Business Analyst - Design to Build will lead the full lifecycle of ERP and enterprise system implementations, driving process improvements across the Design to Build value stream translating strategic product requirements and designs into production-ready IT solutions. Responsibilities include eliciting detailed requirements; designing optimized processes, workflows, data models, and integrations; and collaborating with development, configuration, and testing teams to build and validate solutions across core platforms.

Key focus areas include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for end-to-end product data management,
Bill of Materials (BOM) processes (covering eBOM, mBOM, and cross-domain synchronization),
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly efficiency, CAD/PLM integrations, engineering change management, parts numbering, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Through gap analysis, agile prioritization, iterative development, user acceptance testing, and deployment support, this role delivers scalable, accurate solutions that accelerate product realization, ensure data traceability, reduce errors, and drive continuous improvement in product development and operational performance.

An

overview of your responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of ERP or enterprise business systems, including requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support configuration, customization, and integration efforts
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to define system architecture, data flows, and interface requirements for seamless connectivity between enterprise applications, reporting platforms, and third-party applications
  • Configure, test and develop reports and dashboards to support business areas as assigned
  • Facilitate cross-functional design workshops to validate business needs and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards
  • Create business process models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documents using tools like MS Visio and Lucidchart
  • Contribute to system configuration, including business rules, approval workflows, pricing conditions, and document templates across relevant business modules
  • Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and actionable reports to deliver operational insights, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in agile or hybrid project environments, collaborating with product owners and developers to ensure timely delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, technical standards, and compliance requirements
What you'll need, among other things!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. and 10+ years of experience in relevant scope
  • 5+ years’ experience creating process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, user stories and other documentation to support business requirements gathering and solution design
  • 5+ years’ experience working with and/or supporting users of enterprise business systems (EPICOR or SAP). Thorough understanding of ERP processes and best practices
