Job Duties
- Lead Cyber-Dive’s infrastructure and IT operations, encompassing data center management, network operations, application development and maintenance, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, communicate updates, market positioning, and measure long‑term goals to ensure alignment and motivation within the organization.
- Collaboration with the COO and CEO to optimize operational efficiencies through technology implementation and process improvements that directly impact how customers interact with products and services.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance customer experience by continuously improving software quality, user interfaces, and service delivery to prioritize and address customer concerns and feedback.
- Direct management of the engineering division to foster innovation and technological advancement within the organization. This includes providing technical guidance, support problem‑solving efforts, and ensuring that technical solutions meet high‑quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate internal technology for the creation of new business models and management of competitive technological disruptions, as well as ensuring that the integration and execution of technology initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and cybersecurity protocols.
- Facilitation of communication between clients and internal development teams to drive product portfolio development and conduct market research.
- Position is based out of Mesa, AZ HQ but telecommuting is permitted on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- 12 months of experience in the job offered, Quality Assurance Engineer, Analyst, QA Intern, or a closely related role.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
- Execute manual test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
- Learn and contribute to automated test script development using industry‑standard tools and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue‑tracking systems, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates, ensuring that new features do not introduce unexpected issues.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and testing priorities.
- Generate test reports and document test results, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and software testing.
