Now Hiring:
Scanning / Quality / Release & Index Specialist
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hr to start → $17.50–$18/hr upon hire
Type: Temp‑to‑Hire
Environment: Clean, comfortable, seated workstation
We’re seeking highly detail‑oriented
, dependable individuals to join our team in a role focused on document scanning, quality review, and digital indexing
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys steady, seated work with consistent hours and a supportive environment.
This position offers a mix of scanning, data entry, accuracy review, and release/index tasks. Team members may rotate through these duties depending on daily workflow.
Work Schedule- Monday–Friday
- 9‑hour workday (includes:
- Two paid 15‑minute breaks
- Occasional evening or 3rd shift assignments may be required based on workload
- Standard shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Move prepped cartons to scanning stations (one at a time)
- Load documents into high‑speed scanners
- Return documents to their boxes in exact order
- Feed sheets individually or in small batches depending on material type
- Mostly seated, with some standing (approx. 20%)
- Verify accuracy of scanned images
- Confirm clarity, completeness, and correct ordering
- Seated task with high attention to detail
- Document files and properly release scanned content to the client
- High‑volume data entry and keyboard work
- Ensure all metadata is accurate and complete
- Attention to detail
- Able to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners
- High‑volume data entry ability (fast, accurate keystrokes required)
- Comfortable with repetitive, seated tasks
- Basic computer proficiency
- Dependable attendance and consistency
- Professional and presentable attire required
- Start: $16.27/hr
- Conversion: $17.50–$18/hr upon direct hire
