About the Role
As a Pega GCP Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Pega Platform environments (7.x/8.x/Infinity) across Google Cloud Platform. This includes ensuring system stability, performance, and security, while supporting deployments, upgrades, and ongoing optimization in cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Pega Platform environments, including upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and security updates
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Pega applications on GCP (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage)
- Perform environment provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar)
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using GCP Monitoring, Logging, and APM tools
- Manage Pega rules, data schema, database connectivity, and application configurations
- Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and cloud governance policies
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX or Mesa, AZ, requiring on-site presence as per client or business needs. We are committed to providing flexibility while supporting a strong work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

- Strong understanding of Pega Platform architecture, including rule resolution, agents, listeners, queues, and background processing
- Experience deploying and managing Pega on Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or containerized Pega deployments
- Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage
- VPC networking, load balancing, and firewall configurations
- Pega CSSA certification
- GCP certification

- Salary Range: $102,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
