Overview

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team and lead agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams in our T2 business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and transparency. You’ll work closely with program management, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business outcomes.

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, influencing successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate key ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help teams continuously improve by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Serve as the Lean-Agile champion and change agent to the aligned program or value stream.
• Protect the team from distractions and ensure a healthy, productive environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and priority alignment.
• Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to help teams optimize performance.
• Remove roadblocks and serve as a point of escalation for delivery challenges.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
• Be the subject matter expert for agile/lean/scrum practices; apply and implement effective scaling methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Define, create, and manage agile performance metrics across the portfolio through dashboards and reports.
• Keep abreast of and share agile/scrum best practices; educate, train, and share with organizations, documenting standard work.

• Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Jira capabilities, including creating dashboards and metrics.
• Proven track record of operating in scaled and distributed environments.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact with clients, application end-users, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in creating high-performing agile teams.
• Experience succeeding in Agile transformations; knowledge of SAFe.
• Experience operating within or supporting a product operating model framework of delivery.
