The Digital Market Products team is looking for a Mid-Level Service Reliability Developer to join us in Seattle, WA;

We are looking for a Customer-Facing Specialist to champion the reliability, performance, and resilience of our mission-critical applications including customer portals, e-commerce systems, training platforms, and global airline support tools.
This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and customer experience, owning application uptime, building automation for self-healing systems, and directly communicating with internal stakeholders and airline customers when incidents arise.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation and leadership to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements
- Applies expertise related to architecture, design, build and test delivery systems and components
- Provides technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments
- Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience of Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- 3+ years of experience with designing and developing software for complex systems such as Distributed Systems, Multi-Threaded and Multi-Process Applications, and Client-server Architectures
- 3+ years of experience with Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- 3+ years of experience do you have with Java/Java script/ThreeJS/WebGL/Spring Boot/Flask
- 3+ years of experience in Incident Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with supporting complex applications or systems
- Experience with problem-solving, including diagnosing and resolving complex network issues
- Experience with written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with maintaining thorough documentation, and implementing repeatable processes
