As an IT Support Engineer I, you will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software across sites in a defined geographical area. You will determine when to deviate from standard practices to achieve the desired result and troubleshoot straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.
Key Responsibilities- Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration across diverse software and hardware environments.
- Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
- Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvements.
- Manage local technical projects.
- Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
- Support customers across multiple buildings and remote sites within the area.
- Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM)
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and decommissioning experience
- 1+ year IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
- 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
- 2+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system support in a corporate setting
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. The total package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
