** Banner Health's Data Center Operations team
** is responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure that supports the organization's critical technology systems across multiple enterprise data centers and hundreds of edge technology locations. The team ensures the availability, reliability, and security of the environments that power clinical applications, patient care systems, networking, and enterprise technology. Working closely with infrastructure, networking, server, facilities, and security teams, the department provides the operational foundation that keeps Banner Health running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A typical day includes installing and decommissioning hardware, monitoring environmental and power systems, responding to operational requests, coordinating with vendors and project teams, maintaining accurate infrastructure documentation, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with mission-critical operational standards.

** This is an onsite position at Mesa Corporate and will require travel to multiple Banner facilities and data center locations as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY  This position is an expert that demonstrates technical knowledge of infrastructure and communications processes and supports system defined objectives relative to the company’s business and healthcare requirements. Interacts as part of a team, leading small sized projects to plan, design, implement and support Information Technology infrastructure, networks, hardware and applications.
