Dynalectric Arizona in Mesa, AZ seeks a DST III to provide end-user/Desktop support in a Windows environment for PCs and mobile devices. You will install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware, troubleshoot issues by phone/email/in person, and escalate complex problems to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities also include configuring mobile devices, managing assets, MDT imaging, scripting, and maintaining IT procedures.
