Where you come in:- You will report to the Regional Distribution Center or RDC.
- The position is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
- There is on‑call for our Dobson manufacturing site. The on‑call is a 2 week rotation with the team.
- Training will be at our Dobson location for 2 weeks before moving to the RDC.
- Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks allows you to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- You have experience supporting technology in warehouse and distribution environments, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving operations and the equipment used to facilitate inventory movement, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- You possess advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, networking, and enterprise applications.
- You excel at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing long‑term solutions.
- You communicate technical information clearly and professionally to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- You are confident and professional when enforcing IT policies, security requirements, and support procedures, ensuring employees understand and follow established processes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
