** About the Project/Venue
** Located in downtown Mesa, Arizona, Mesa Convention Center is the largest event venue in the East Valley. The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.

** About the Role
** The IT Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the technology infrastructure that powers daily operations and event execution at Mesa Convention Center. This role serves as the primary technology resource for venue staff, overseeing IT systems, network support, software applications, reporting, and end-user training. Working closely with both local and corporate IT teams, the IT Manager drives technology solutions that enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and support the delivery of exceptional event experiences.

** WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)*
* * Support IT application needs for all staff.
* Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
* Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
* Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
* Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
* Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
* Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
* Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
* All other duties as assigned  
** WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)*
* ** Education and/or Experience
*** BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
* At least 2 years of IT support experience.  
*
* Skills and Abilities

*** Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
* Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
* Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
* Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
* Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
* Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
