Property and Casualty Licensed VP

A company is looking for a Vice President, Private Equity Risk.

Key Responsibilities Lead insurance due diligence for complex private equity transactions and deliver comprehensive risk assessments Evaluate target company insurance programs and identify material coverage gaps and emerging exposures Develop executive-level insurance due diligence reports and advise on risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications High school diploma required; four-year degree in a related field preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance brokerage or risk advisory, preferably in private equity or M&A Property and Casualty License required;
Surplus Lines License preferred Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or RPLU preferred Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance programs and risk evaluation
