Account Manager

Insurance Professionals of Arizona is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, and helping people make smart decisions about their coverage.

• Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines clients
• Handle renewals, policy changes, billing questions, claims, and endorsements
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
• Help clients with home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles, life insurance, and other coverage needs
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Identify referral and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with new client onboarding

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED
• 1+ year of insurance experience – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with excellent follow-through
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable talking with clients
• Able to work full-time from our Mesa office

Our goal isn't simply to service policies. We want our Account Managers to become trusted advisors who build long-term relationships with their clients.

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
