Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative insurance team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive account servicing across a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing accounts from initial quoting through ongoing servicing, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across a variety of industries.

• Provide comprehensive account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.

• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for additional coverage.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and effective problem-solving.

• Collaborate with internal team members to support seamless account management and client service.

• Maintain accurate account documentation using agency management software and Microsoft Excel.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience, with extensive experience preferred.

• Experience with Applied EPIC and Microsoft Excel preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.

• Salary range: $50,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience.

• Primarily in-office work arrangement, with remote opportunities potentially considered based on experience and business needs.
