Listen to our clients' concerns and help them find the right coverage to protect what matters most to them.

Process policy changes, answer billing questions, and assist with claims reporting to keep our clients' lives running smoothly.

Reach out to existing customers to ensure their policies are up to date and still meet their current needs.

Support the agency in daily administrative tasks that keep our office organized and efficient.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to share knowledge and brainstorm the best ways to serve our neighborhood.

Take personal ownership of every interaction, leaving every caller feeling better than before they dialed our number.

Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license.

Prior experience working in an insurance agency setting.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously.

Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with people from all walks of life.

High school diploma or equivalent.
