Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Manage your own pipeline of prospects and follow up on incoming leads with genuine care and consistency.
Review existing policies with current clients to identify potential gaps in protection as their personal situations change.
Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels heard, respected, and fully supported.
RequirementsActive Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license.
Proven track record of managing and closing sales leads.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple browser-based systems simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to listen deeply to customer needs and translate those into practical solutions.
Experience with American Family Insurance or similar carrier systems is a helpful bonus.
