Associate Attorney

Overview

Our client is seeking a Debt Collection Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their Mesa, AZ team. Creditor's Rights experience is a plus.

• Conduct all firm business in compliance with client policies, procedures, laws, statutes, regulations, and court rules.
• Prepare cases, attend hearings, manage discovery, draft motions/filings, develop testimony, and supervise paralegals.
• Manage case schedules, expedite requirements, and coordinate communication with clients and witnesses.
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams regarding workflow and policy updates.
• Monitor expenses, recommend cost-saving measures, improve processes, and pursue continuing education.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice in the State of Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of litigation process from filing through judgment enforcement.
• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude; creditor's rights experience preferred; must work in-office in Arizona.
