Overview
Our client is seeking a Debt Collection Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their Mesa, AZ team. Creditor's Rights experience is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct all firm business in compliance with client policies, procedures, laws, statutes, regulations, and court rules.
- Prepare cases, attend hearings, manage discovery, draft motions/filings, develop testimony, and supervise paralegals.
- Manage case schedules, expedite requirements, and coordinate communication with clients and witnesses.
- Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams regarding workflow and policy updates.
- Monitor expenses, recommend cost-saving measures, improve processes, and pursue continuing education.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active admission to practice in the State of Arizona.
- Strong knowledge of litigation process from filing through judgment enforcement.
- Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Team-oriented attitude; creditor's rights experience preferred; must work in-office in Arizona.
