Associate Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, transfers, and invoices to support operational purchasing requirements
• Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities based on established guidelines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and address routine inquiries
• Communicate with vendors to support order placement, status updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and system data
• Assist with reporting and data collection related to purchasing activities and inventory levels
• Support purchasing workflow processes and system utilization

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain operations, or a related field required
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
