Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Technician to support Air National Guard F-16 Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) operations in Mesa, AZ. This individual will support logistics and inventory management activities for F-16 training systems while ensuring compliance with government property accountability requirements.
Responsibilities include managing inventory and distribution of MTT system parts and equipment, maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), overseeing shipping and receiving operations, coordinating with vendors and carriers, resolving logistics discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory and logistics documentation. This individual will also support audits, hardware refresh efforts, contract modifications, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Ideal Background:

• 3-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, defense/technical environment, or inventory management

• Experience managing inventory and assets across multiple locations

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material handling processes

• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate inventory records and accountability documentation

• Ability to support government property, inventory tracking, and asset management activities

• Experience working in a structured environment with established procedures and documentation requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to support logistics operations

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain one Highly Preferred:

• Experience supporting DoD or government programs

• Familiarity with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) accountability requirements

• Understanding of configuration management principles and inventory control processes Why This Role:
