Position: Floating Painter - The Grove on Main
Grey Star - The Grove on Main Townhomes [Construction Worker / Painting Contractor] As a Painter at Grey Star, you'll:
Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartments in accordance with Company guidelines, addressing resident issues and repairs;
Schedule, monitor and perform work order requests from supervisor, community staff and residents as needed;
Ensure all work areas are neat, clean and orderly after painting or when work orders have otherwise been completed;
Ensure maintenance supplies are in stock.
