Maintenance Worker – Mesa, AZ

• Perform various maintenance duties, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry, appliance repair, and groundskeeping.
• Work as a team participant with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and appealing property, communicate regular vendor appointments, and perform repairs.
• Mow, weed, edge common areas, conduct irrigation system repairs, and move heavy objects.
• Monitor maintenance inventory and supplies, drive maintenance trucks to locations on the property, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
  .
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.
