An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available for an individual with 5+ years of experience in Agriculture Management as an Orchard Operations Manager near the Cochise, AZ area
. This position would earn a lucrative base salary
, great benefits package including full medical benefits, generous PTO, a company vehicle, and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Agricultural Management
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Previous experience of managing production such as pruning, fertilization plans, pest management, etc is a MUST
- Payroll experience is a MUST
- Previous experience managing full-time and seasonal staff is a MUST
- Must be familiar with FSA, FISMA, and OSHA
- Bilingual is PREFERED (English and Spanish)
