A rapidly growing, industry‑leading hyperscale data center developer, competing with some of the most recognized names in the sector, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize mission‑critical operations across major programs in Arizona.

• Provide executive oversight across multiple data center projects and operational programs
• Lead end‑to‑end operational strategy from early planning through delivery and ongoing performance
• Drive alignment across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Establish and scale operational processes, governance frameworks, and delivery standards
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and overall portfolio performance
• Lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing, cross‑functional teams
• Manage key client relationships and act as a senior stakeholder interface
• Optimize vendor, contractor, and consultant performance across multiple sites
• Ensure mission‑critical quality, safety, and operational excellence targets are consistently achieved
• Contribute to business growth, strategic planning, and market expansion initiatives

• 12+ years’ experience in operations, construction, or program leadership
• Strong background in hyperscale data centers or mission‑critical environments
• Deep understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure operations
• Proven experience overseeing multiple large‑scale, complex projects or portfolios
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, procurement, and contract strategy
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior teams and stakeholders
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Highly proficient in project and operational management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Base salary: $220,000 – $240,000 + performance bonus
