We have an Apartment Manager position at our Management Support property with 266 apartment units.

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is in the range of $76,000 - $82,000 per year. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Applicants with REIT and large property management company experience are welcome.

• Supervise/manage large leasing and maintenance staff
• Ability to supervise while delegating authority and job functions
• Work well with both regional supervisors and central administration
• Familiarity with A/P & A/R processing
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Ability to handle both employee and resident issues respectfully and, when necessary, firmly

• Five (5) years property management experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency with apartment management software, Real Page a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and follow written policy
• Stable work history
• Some college preferred
• Multifamily management certificates a plus
• Association & REIT Certificates a plus
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
