East Valley Institute of Technology – Main Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85201.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with possibility of evenings and Saturday mornings to accommodate testing schedules.

The Testing Center Coordinator oversees daily operations of the EVIT Testing Center, including scheduling and administering exams, enforcing testing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The role also provides proctoring services, maintains testing software and equipment, and ensures a secure and accessible testing environment.

Full‑time, Non‑Exempt. Salary range: $27.10 – $33.30 per hour, based on education, experience, and certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of administrative, customer service or educational experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.

• Same as Education and Experience (high school diploma or equivalent, two years experience, strong interpersonal skills).
• Experience with testing center operations is a plus.

• Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella (born after January 1, 1957).
• Ability to obtain test‑vendor certifications (e.g., Pearson VUE, CLEP, HiSET) within three months after hire.
