This role oversees the full spectrum of training—academics, training device, simulator, and flying mission instruction—for U.S. services, partner nations, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Scheduler work locations include the FTC, fighter squadrons, and the Wing Scheduling Office.

The Scheduling Manager reports to the Training Operations Logistics Program Manager and serves as the first line supervisor for all contractor schedulers. • Coordination with unit representatives and instructional leads to enroll students.
  • Accurate entry and maintenance of student data in the central database.
  • Scheduling of training resources—classrooms, ATC training devices, and both military and contractor instructors.
Core Responsibilities
  • Processing, tracking, documenting, and scheduling training activities while generating routine reports.
  • Supervising the weekly schedule flow and developing training plans up to 70 days ahead of class start dates.
  • Ensuring the manager and daily schedulers/registrars remain proficient with the F‑35 Training Management System and local scheduling software, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new hires.
  • Collaborating closely with the broader Lockheed Martin training team to meet F‑35 training objectives.
  • Partnering with the F‑35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to support Resource and Scheduling Working Groups and other enterprise‑wide coordination functions, facilitating both programmed and emergent training requirements.

In addition to managerial duties, the incumbent will perform limited daily scheduling tasks as part of the FTC scheduler team.

Additional Responsibilities May Be Assigned As Needed.
