Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate, Regional and Market leadership to drive, plan and track Corporate Operations and Safety Initiatives
- Provide project tracking and status updates on Operations / Safety related initiatives
- Conduct market follow ups and assist in trouble shooting / problem resolution
- Continually review Operational / Safety processes to identify areas of improved efficiencies / cost savings and propose solutions
- Partner with Finance to enhance and communicate overall financial reporting and capacity modeling
- Assist in interpretation of report findings and identifying areas for improvement
- Support the rollout, training, adoption and improvement of new and existing software / systems utilized by Operations teams
- Coordinate with Regional Operations Leaders to catalog and share Operational Best Practices
- Track and manage vehicle needs including IFTA/IRP management, DOT compliance, and fleet right-sizing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate amongst multiple departments and levels across the organization
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent computer skills
- Preference in making data-driven decisions
- Takes initiative in identifying issues for resolution/improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Operations Manager

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Certified Project Manager
- Agile Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
