Drive Time is seeking a Charge Off Manager to lead and develop the Loss Mitigation team at our East Mesa Operations Center. You will set daily goals, guide performance, and drive process improvements in loan/collection operations.
The role requires 2+ years in management in a call center or retail setting, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. On-site work with weekday availability from 6am to 6pm is expected.
