Regional Manager – Commercial Landscape Management

At Gothic Landscape we are about delivering extraordinary customer service building authentic relationships not only with our clients but with our teams With ingenuity vision and dedication we transform landscapes that become the places people play work and live As the largest family owned and operated landscaping company in the nation we never forget why we do what we do and who makes it all possible Together we create something unique that keeps on growing year after year Be our next exceptional LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT REGIONAL MANAGER As a Regional Manager for our Maintenance Division you will provide hands on leadership direction and goals for multiple landscape maintenance branches within the East and West Phoenix Valley Responsible for the continuing success of multiple large branches within the region by improving profitability streamlining operations improving sales controlling costs and building quality This Regional role will be based in Phoenix AZ

• Develops and implements strategic regional plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Reviews P&Ls and Financial Statements regularly
• Hire train develop and coach Branch Managers
• Meets with key clients assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly includes quality inspections
• Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Companys mission

• A minimum of five to seven 5 7 years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development sales and financial management in the landscape industry
• Bachelors degree B A or B S from four year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team
• Must be able to travel within state at least 50 60 as business dictates
