Job SummaryHavel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. You’ll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project execution—from engineering and programming to installation and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
- Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 annual salary
Other Pay:eligible for annual bonus
