Program Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale ERP implementation, transformation, or deployment programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting one or more ERP platforms, with Workday experience strongly preferred and experience with additional ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, People Soft, Infor) highly valued.
• 5+ years of operations management experience supporting large-scale implementations, transformation programs, managed services, ERP programs, PMOs, shared services organizations, or similar environments.
• 5+ years leading managers, supervisors, or Team Leads in a multi-functional environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 25+ employees across multiple disciplines.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated experience leveraging KPIs, workforce metrics, operational reporting, and data-driven decision making to improve program outcomes.
• Demonstrated success designing and facilitating onboarding programs, training curriculums, knowledge transfer initiatives, and workforce readiness programs.
• Experience with workforce planning, capacity forecasting, resource utilization management, performance management, employee coaching, and operational governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, program stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational risks, proactively challenge existing processes, and recommend scalable solutions that improve outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and drive accountability across teams.

• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar process improvement/project management certification.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with a proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across multiple functions. They will own onboarding, training development and delivery, performance management, workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational governance to ensure consistent service delivery and a high-performing workforce.
