Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, Financial Crimes Risk Management

• Develop, implement, and track the Financial Crimes Risk Management strategic plan
• Coordinate and execute the full lifecycle of workforce management in the United States and India, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, professional development, and related initiatives
• Serve as primary liaison between FCRM and enterprise partners including Finance, Recruiting, Human Resources, Risk Bolt, and Corporate Properties Group
• Serve as primary liaison between FCRM U.S. and India partners
• Track and reconcile monthly headcount resources from a budgeting perspective
• Coordinate with Finance to update monthly headcount projections and budget impacts
• Support policy adherence, particularly travel and entertainment and other operating policies
• Drive large-scale, cross-organizational strategic initiatives
• Coordinate execution of assigned activities in U.S. strategic office locations
• Partner with senior leaders to execute business strategies and support employee engagement efforts
• Prepare analysis, reporting, and presentations supporting strategic initiatives
• Lead special projects contributing to effective ongoing management of the FCRM team
• Recommend solutions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution and support implementation of solutions and plans
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to drive strategic initiatives

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 7+ years of experience leading project management initiatives within a Chief Operating Office environment
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management practices
• Proven ability to analyze data, track metrics, develop reporting, and present findings to senior leaders
  
  Experience partnering with Finance on headcount forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, staffing management, and talent development programs
• Experience working with global teams and managing partnerships across multiple geographic locations, including India-based organizations
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, strategic communications, and business reporting
• Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking, headcount reconciliation, and resource planning
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders to drive strategic priorities
• Demonstrated ability to lead special projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution
• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site at the stated job-opening location
