Job Description

to driving Fabrication Centers of Excellence by onboarding new statement of work and managing both permanent and emergent work movements.

As an Acquire Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.

• Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.
• Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including return on investment (ROI) analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.
• Development and Implementation of Program Management Best Practices

We are hiring multiple candidates for this opening so candidate pay will vary based on experience, but we anticipate paying 105K - 140K for this roles based on candidates background. We will also provide a full benefits package to include health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits.

Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management specifically in a Manufacturing environment.

• Experience with Manufacturing product lifecycle
• Experience creating and driving processes, products and framework for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and divisions
  -Experience supporting DoW or Aerospace industries

• PMP Certification

• Active Government Clearance
