Position Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.

· Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.

· Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.

· Develop comprehensive business cases, including return on investment (ROI) analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.

· Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

· Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.

· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.

· Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.

Required Skill Set:

- Project management (around 5-10 years)

- Microsoft systems

- Process efficiencies

- Manufacturing experiences (production lifecycle)

Preferred Skill Set:

- Communication and ability to work with various levels of business

- PMP

- Understand the flow of production

- Manufacturing support function (quality, manufacturing leadership, Industrial engineering background.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience within production, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
