Vice President of Operations – IDD Homecare Opportunity Description

Our client is a well established and growing provider of IDD and home based care services. They have a current opening for a Vice President of Operations based in Mesa, AZ. This person will oversee a multi-site territory within the Greater Phoenix, AZ market. IDD, Mental Health or Home Health multi-site leadership experience is required. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered, MBA preferred.

An autonomous leader with a track record for running successful operations and strategic planning is a must. Relocation candidates welcome!

Vice President of Operations – IDD Homecare Job Requirements

5+ years in operations leadership, including multi-site experience
Experience in regulated healthcare or human services (IDD, HCBS, etc.)
Ability to build and standardize processes across locations
Strong data-driven and analytical skills

Oversee operations across multiple locations
Lead and develop managers and teams
Improve processes and operational efficiency
Monitor performance metrics and drive results
