We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing various manual labor tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Duties may include cleaning up worksites, transporting materials, operating basic tools and equipment, and assisting team members as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
• Assist customers and team members with general labor needs
• Perform groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment between job sites or designated areas
• Load clay targets into machines and ensure proper operation
• Follow instructions from the foreman or supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools safely
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
