About The Company

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.

We’re a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We’re growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time. If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

About

The Opportunity

This role exists to set the production team up for success before each day begins. You’ll take ownership of overnight preparation, inventory readiness, and safety standards to ensure operations run efficiently and without disruption. Your reliability and attention to detail directly impact product quality and production flow.

What You’ll Do
  • Support overnight production readiness by preparing, staging, and restocking materials so the production team can start each shift fully equipped
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Execute inventory control processes by accurately receiving, storing, and tracking materials in alignment with GMP and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork to ensure traceability, compliance, and operational consistency
  • Follow established SOPs and checklists to complete required tasks and additional assignments each shift without supervision
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, FDA, USDA, and GMP requirements across all warehouse activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment through routine cleaning and sanitation practices
  • Identify and report safety risks, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns before they impact production
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support shifting priorities and production needs
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability by learning processes quickly, reducing repeat questions, and consistently meeting expectations
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • At least 1 year of forklift experience and the ability to pass an onsite forklift safety test
  • Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) and maintain schedule flexibility during the initial training period
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, including the ability to complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Awareness of safety practices and surroundings when operating equipment or working near others
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Bonus Points
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing or regulated environment (GMP, FDA, USDA)
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management software
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish and/or English)
  • Interest in or alignment with real food, wellness, and high-quality nutrition
Our Commitment to You
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% employer-paid dental/vision and a small monthly medical premium for employees; dependents may be added at employee cost
  • Generous paid time off to support balance and rest
  • Paid sick time for when you need it
  • Six (6) paid holidays each year
  • Paid parental leave for growing families
  • 100% company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with up to a 4% company match after one year of service
  • Monthly product stipend or access to perfectly imperfect damaged product so you can enjoy the nutrient-dense foods you help bring to others
