Perform TIG welding on black carbon steel pipe up to 8 inches, 4-inch pipe assemblies, and carbon steel to stainless steel welds.;
Weld elbows and flanges connecting to compressors.;
Complete welds through all three welding phases: root pass, fill pass, and cover cap.;
Properly prep material, including grinding, beveling, and cleaning for weld-ready condition.;
Maintain consistent weld quality in a high-speed, production-focused environment meeting required cycle time and takt time standards.
