Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day to day operations of a CAPEX-heavy automated factory
  • Run the month end close process for the subsidiary
  • Understand the levers in costs locally and suggest improvements to leadership
  • Establish world-class processes as the template for future factory expansions
  • Grow and develop a team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Aid Controller in implementing controls over major processes at a local level
  • Manage component audit requests and aid in inventory count
  • Support local teams on site with problems as they arise and drive a solutions-first mindset across the organization
Role Competencies
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Strong understanding of activity-based costing, costing pools, and allocations
  • Involvement with ERP planning and direction (currently on Net Suite)
  • High ownership, high accountability attitude
  • Excellent software skills
  • Superb ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
  • Highly analytical with a change-oriented mindset
Admired Skills
  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Net Suite usage (or other mid-market ERPs)
  • Partnerships with Engineering/Software organizations
  • Software change management experience
