Aerotek - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.;
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure correct assembly.;
Coach and train junior assemblers, providing guidance on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.;
Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet company standards.;
Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly.
