Responsibilities
- Coordinate special part orders with manufactures and diligently follow up to ensure parts are received as quickly as possible.
- Analyze service log to determine the physical customer units on the lot and whose partshave been received.
- Assist withorganizing and managing the parts shelves.
- Participate in daily service meetings.
- Provide constant communication with service managers,advisors, special order parts team and manufacturers.
- Confirm parts are charged to work order, prior to being placed into the customer unit.
- Ensure part orders are correct and undamaged. Communicate with manufacturer and returns parts if applicable.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous retail or wholesale parts experience, preferably within the automotive or RV parts industry.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge with experience with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Bridgespeak software is desirable.
- Reliable and strong work ethicis a must.
- Must be able to communicate thoroughly and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
