About the Role:
Eastridge is hiring 4 Cable Assemblers to join our client’s team. All candidates will be considered for the 1st shift during training, with opportunities to move to the 2nd shift (5% differential) for those with relevant experience. If you have experience with wire harnessing, soldering, or cable assembly—or are looking to grow into the field—this is a great opportunity to join a high‑quality aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job instructions.
- Assemble cable and wire harness components (strip, crimp, solder, etc.).
- Perform in‑process quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
- Follow AS9100 quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
1+ year of cable/wire harness assembly experience in manufacturing.
- Strip & crimp
- Soldering
- Cable lacing / tie wrapping
- Connectorizing
- Harness testing & labeling
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards (preferred).
- Required: IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Modules 1‑8)
