The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on‑time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities- Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
- Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
- Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, works with leadership on training and process improvements
- Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leaders
- Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
- Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
- Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways; fully qualified, career‑oriented, journey‑level position.
- Typically receives little instruction on day‑to‑day work, general instructions on new assignments
- 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role;
Ability to provide various levels of engineering quality work;
Excellent presentation skills;
Effective interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail

- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools
- Strong customer service and client focus
- Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and Web Ex conferencing software
- 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
